Ruffino
Colour: Straw yellow with golden hues.
Aroma: Citrus fruit, orange peal and golden apple, roses, thyme and fresh figs are only a few of the aromas to be found in the exuberant bouquet of the Chardonnay La Solatia 2006. Elegant and well-balanced, the bouquet is characterized by wonderful spicy tones and exotic scents.
Tasting profile: Medium bodied, the taste reveals clean fruity notes of golden apple and mango, accompanied by hints of eucalypt honey, sage and bread crust. The acidity is well integrated in the structure and the aftertaste is extraordinarily long lingering with notes of dried exotic fruit, thyme and sage.
Wine Enthusiast
This charming Chardonnay-based white (with 10% Viognier) from Tuscany offers both strength and elegance. It sees three months of oak for softness and smoothness but also has pretty floral aromas that fill in the edges. Drink it with pasta or risotto.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
