Château Plagnac is a Cru Bourgeois of Médoc appellation. In 2011, it was bought by the Lapalu family, owners of several Médoc crus including Patache d'Aux. In 2018, the négociant Laurent & Romain bought it. Pre-fermentation cooling to extract aromas and color, then we hasten the fermentation by seeding of selected yeasts and make sure not to let the temperature rise too high to preserve the fruit. 1 year ageing in oak
